1. No Refunds to Payment Methods
No refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once a deposit has been completed and confirmed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. All funds added to your SMMWest.com account must be used for placing orders through our platform.
2. Disputes and Chargebacks
By making a payment on SMMWest.com, you agree that you will not file a dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your payment provider for any reason. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback against us after completing a deposit, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate all pending and future orders
- Permanently ban your account from our platform
- Remove any services (followers, likes, views, etc.) delivered to your social media accounts
- Take legal action to recover our losses
3. Order Cancellations
Orders placed on SMMWest.com cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been submitted and processing has begun. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
4. Account Credit Refunds
In the event that an order cannot be completed or delivered due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a refund in the form of account credit to your SMMWest.com balance. This credit can be used for future orders on our platform.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations do not qualify for refunds or account credits:
- Incorrect Orders: Orders placed with wrong usernames, URLs, or links
- Private Accounts: Orders placed on private or restricted social media accounts
- Suspended Accounts: Orders placed on banned, deleted, or suspended accounts
- Changed Usernames: Orders affected by username or URL changes after placement
- User Error: Any mistakes made during the ordering process
- Partial Completions: Orders that are partially delivered before account issues occur
6. Quality and Drop Guarantees
Refund credits will only be issued for services that include a specific refill or drop protection guarantee as stated in the service description. Services without such guarantees are sold as-is with no refund eligibility.
7. Multiple Provider Usage
Do not use multiple SMM providers simultaneously for the same social media account or campaign. This can cause inaccurate delivery counts and service conflicts. SMMWest.com will not provide refunds or credits for orders affected by the use of competing services.
8. Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Using stolen or unauthorized credit cards
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
- Attempting to manipulate our system
- Providing false information during registration or payment
Will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all account balance, and potential legal action. There are no exceptions to this policy.
9. Service Modifications
SMMWest.com reserves the right to modify service rates, delivery times, and minimum/maximum order quantities at any time without prior notice. Orders placed before such changes will be honored at the original terms.

11. Acceptance of Terms
