2. Service Limitations and Guarantees

By using SMMWest.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

No Engagement Guarantee: We guarantee delivery of the quantity of followers, likes, views, or other metrics you purchase. However, we do NOT guarantee that these followers will interact with your content, leave comments, share your posts, or engage with your account in any way beyond the initial service delivery.
Account Quality: While we strive to provide high-quality accounts, we do NOT guarantee that 100% of delivered accounts will have profile pictures, complete bios, uploaded content, or regular activity. We continuously work to improve account quality, but variations may occur.
Retention Rates: Unless explicitly stated in the service description with a specific refill guarantee, we do not guarantee permanent retention of delivered services. Natural drops may occur over time.

3. Artificial Service Disclosure

These services do not represent genuine user engagement or authentic interactions from real individuals organically interested in your content.

These services are purely for appearance enhancement and social proof purposes. They are not real people who will actively engage with your brand or become genuine customers.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree NOT to use SMMWest.com services for accounts or content that contain:

Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind
Violence, graphic content, or promotion of dangerous activities
Illegal activities, drugs, or regulated goods
Copyrighted material you do not own or have rights to use
Spam, scams, or misleading information

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for accounts promoting prohibited content without refund.

5. Account Requirements

Private, locked, or restricted accounts will NOT receive services, and such orders are not eligible for refunds or credits. Account Status: Your account must be active, not banned, not suspended, and in good standing with the platform. Orders placed for deleted, deactivated, or suspended accounts will not be refunded.

6. Platform Compliance Responsibility

SMMWest.com is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions, shadowbans, or permanent account termination.

7. No Deceptive Practices

SMMWest.com does not endorse, encourage, or support any form of deceptive practices. This includes:

Misleading others about the artificial nature of your engagement metrics
Using our services to create fake influence or false credibility
Deceiving brands, sponsors, or partners about your authentic reach
Violating advertising disclosure requirements or regulations
Manipulating metrics for fraudulent purposes

You are solely responsible for how you represent your social media presence and engagement to third parties.

8. Order Accuracy and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before submission, including:

Correct username, URL, or profile link
Correct post or content link (if applicable)
Appropriate service selection for your needs
Accurate quantity within min/max limits

Orders placed with incorrect information will not be refunded. Always double-check your order details before confirming.
